RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items may be returned, exchanged or refunded within 30 days* of delivery of your order by writing to customer service for the following reasons:

  • The product received is not the one you ordered.
  • The product is defective or has a quality, freshness or packaging problem.
REFUND

Refunds will be processed only after receipt of the item.


ATTENTION:
If you wish to return, exchange or obtain a refund for a product that does not meet the criteria listed in the“Return Conditions” section, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs AND the refund will be in the form of a purchase credit.

EXCHANGE

Here is the procedure for exchanging a product:

  • Make your return request for the item to be returned by contacting customer service. Refunds for returned items will be processed only after receipt of the item.
  • Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
FOOD PRODUCT

Food products are not eligible for return or refund, except for the reasons mentioned in the “Return conditions” section. However, if your product is delivered damaged due to handling, please contact us.

CLOTHES

Returns, exchanges and refunds of clothing will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Not worn
  • Unwashed
  • With the label
  • In their original condition

All damaged, stained or soiled garments will not be eligible for exchange or refund. If you are refused a refund or exchange for any of the above reasons, you will be responsible for returning the garment to your home address.

ORDER FORWARDING

When an order is returned to us, we will assume the return shipping costs only if the error was made by the shipping company or if we incorrectly indicated your contact information on your shipment. You will be billed for re-routing costs in the following cases:

  • You have entered your address incorrectly when ordering
  • Failure to collect your parcel from the post office on time

If you do not wish to pay the rerouting costs, we will refund the order excluding the initial delivery costs.

ORDER PROCESSING FOR SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Order processing and delivery times may be longer than during standard periods due to the volume of orders to be processed.

Orders are processed in chronological order to respect purchasing priority. However, for logistical reasons, we may proceed differently during peak periods and/or depending on the availability of certain items.

PROMOTION MATCHING

It is not possible to combine two promotions. You must choose one of the promotions offered at the time of purchase.

INVOICE ADJUSTMENT

Under no circumstances will we make price adjustments on orders placed outside the promotional period.

FINAL SALE

During a promotion, items sold with the mention “FINAL SALE” will not be eligible for a return or refund, except for the reasons mentioned in the“Return Conditions” section.

You can always contact customer service for information about the item you wish to order, to ensure you make the right choice.

PREVENTION

Orders including pre-sale items are subject to the following rules:

  • Your entire order will be shipped upon receipt of the presale item WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
  • If you wish to receive inventory items more quickly, you MUST place separate orders. Please note that delivery charges will apply to both orders.
DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are applied to your orders in Canadian dollars when you finalize your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will process your order within 3 to 5 working days, depending on product availability, unless otherwise stated below.

Items ordered will be dispatched as soon as possible once the order has been processed.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you are responsible for tracking and picking up the products.

The exceptions are as follows:

  • Orders including pre-sale items will be processed according to the lead time indicated in the product description.
  • Lead times may be extended during sales or promotional periods due to the volume of orders to be processed. This information is available and detailed in the “SALES AND PROMOTIONS” section of this page.
SALES TAXES

Sales tax varies depending on where the order is shipped. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is in Quebec, British Columbia sales tax will be added to your invoice.

PURCHASING POLICY

We believe that your online shopping experience should be convenient, enjoyable and, above all, safe. You can browse our online store with peace of mind, knowing that we have your safety at heart.

  • The price of the products you order is the one displayed on the website. In the event of an error during the online purchase, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and an adjustment may be made, depending on the case. For example, in the event of product unavailability, tax collection errors or product recalls.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of products offered online. If we are unable to deliver a product ordered due to a stock shortage, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone and the refund will be made as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss due to the unavailability of products or services.
  • Shipping and transportation costs, as well as applicable sales taxes, are not included in the price.
  • We reserve the right to change the prices of the products shown on the website at any time and without prior notice.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD).

  • Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in this document at any time without notice or liability to you or any other person.
  • Change at any time the products and services advertised or offered for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, as well as any promotional offers and any other Website content.

Such corrections and/or changes may be made without prior notice and without liability to you or any other person. We also reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including any accepted order, for any reason whatsoever, and to limit quantities to be sold or sold.
